This is a preview of The Legacy Grandparent. We wrote this in plain language so it’s easy to understand exactly what happens to what you share.

What you may enter

To create a Legacy Plan, you may tell us your grandchild’s first name, age, how often you see them, what they love, what’s happening in their life, what you enjoy together, and what you hope they remember about you. You may also save short notes about moments you’ve shared.

Where it’s kept

In this preview, those grandchild details and your saved notes are kept only in this web browser on this device. They are not sent to our servers or synced to other devices. Like most websites, our web host and the font service we use (Google Fonts) can see basic visit information such as your IP address—but never what you type.

If you complete the membership form, we send and store your first name, last name, email, the plan you chose (annual or monthly), the time, and a random visitor ID. We use this only to understand interest and to contact you about membership. The grandparent nickname field and anything about your grandchild are not sent. No payment is collected.

What it’s used for

Your answers are used only to create personalized ideas for you and your grandchild on this device.

Usage measurement

We track simple steps in the experience—such as starting a plan or viewing pricing—to learn what’s helpful. These signals are sent to and stored by our service with a random visitor ID kept in this browser. They include only the step name and simple details like the question number or chosen plan—never your grandchild’s name, age, interests, your answers, or your notes.

How to clear your data

Use “Start over” on your plan or on the home page to erase everything saved on this device. Clearing your browser’s site data does the same. To ask us to delete a membership form submission, contact us with the email you used.

Children

The Legacy Grandparent is for adults. We don’t create accounts for children or collect information directly from them. Please share only what you’re comfortable sharing—a first name is enough.

Changes

Before memberships open, this notice will be updated to explain any account and payment details we would store. We’ll make it clear before anything leaves your device.
